July 31, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Fertilizers Company, a fertilizer supplier, has announced a reduction in its authorized capital.

According to the official announcement, its founder Adnan Abdullayev with a notarized statement withdrew his share in the company with nominal value of 50 manats.

As a result, the authorized capital of Azerbaijan Fertilizers Company (TIN: 1505134201) is reduced from 150 manats to 100 manats.

The announcement states that, due to the reduction in the authorized capital, creditors can submit their claims within one month from the date of publication of the announcement at the following address: 19/21 Yanvar Nasirov Street, 16 Apartment, Narimanov District, Baku, Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan Fertilizers Company is a fertilizer supplier in Azerbaijan and is included in the list of accredited fertilizer suppliers by the Agricultural Credit and Development Agency.
