July 31, Fineko/abc.az. Following a voluntary application by "Bank BTB" OJSC, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has revoked the bank's license. Simultaneously, a non-bank credit organization (NBCO) license was granted to "T-Kredit" LLC, established on the foundation of the bank.

With this addition, the total number of NBCOs operating in Azerbaijan has reached 53.

As part of the reorganization process, an agreement on the transfer of assets and liabilities was executed between "Bank BTB" and "ABB" OJSC (International Bank of Azerbaijan):

• Deposits: All term and demand deposits of "Bank BTB" clients were seamlessly transferred to ABB with their original terms and conditions unchanged.

• Credit Portfolio: Rights of claim regarding outstanding loan obligations were also reassigned to ABB under existing contractual terms.

With the successful completion of the transformation into "T-Kredit" NBCO, the new credit institution will operate at 9 Nigar Rafibeyli Street, Sabail district, Baku.
