July 29, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish lender Yapı Kredi has secured long-term funding totaling $300 million and €100 million (approximately $414 million) from two international investors, with maturities ranging between 10 and 12 years.
The financing was executed under the bank’s Future Flow Diversified Payment Rights (DPR) securitization program.
Gökhan Erün, CEO of Yapı Kredi, stated that the transaction reconfirms the confidence of global investors in both Yapı Kredi and the broader Turkish financial sector. He emphasized that the long-term funds will further diversify the bank's capital structure and support financing for the real economy.
