July 30, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, the broad money supply, i.e. the M2 indicator, increased by 7.1% since the beginning of 2026.

The volume of money aggregate M2 reached 43.254 billion manats. This figure includes cash in circulation, time deposits and demand deposits in manats, as well as other manat funds used in the economy.

The deposit portfolio of banks increased by 6.8%, reaching 17.428 billion manats. In June, the credit portfolio of banks grew by 3% compared to the previous month, reaching 31.8 billion manats.
