August 4, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st half of this year, production of associated gas at the oilfields of Azerbaijan totaled 7.864 bcm.

According to the State Statistics Committee, associated gas extraction increased by 6.5% against Jan-Jun 2025. The share of marketable products out of overall volume of produced associated gas reached 2.53 bcm (year-on-year rise of 22.6%).

In 2025, 15.416 bcm (+2.1%) of associated gas were extracted in country's oil fields, and 4.22 bcm (+5.33%) accounted for commercial gas.
