Quantity of people employed in banking sector grew by 88 people in June

July 29, Fineko/abc.az. As of June 30, 2026, the number of people working in the banking sector in Azerbaijan increased.

According to the Central Bank's statistics, the number of people employed in the banking sector grew by 88 people, or 0.3%, to 27,462 people for June.

At the end of June, 22 banks in the country had a total of 504 branches and 83 offices. The number of ATMs on this date was 3,503.
