June 9, Fineko/abc.az. By the end of 2025, Azerbaijan’s State Budget revenues on both personal income tax and corporate income tax exceeded initial forecasts.
ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Annual Report on State Budget 2025 that high growth dynamics was recorded in the fiscal sector.
Personal income tax:
With a forecast of 1.989 billion manats, the actual fees amounted to 2.2 billion manats (1.6% more). Compared to 2024, revenues increased by 182.3 million manats (or 9.9%).
Growth factors: The main driver of over-fulfillment of the plan was an increase in the salary fund by 2.4 billion manats (10%) and a rise in the average monthly nominal salary by 9.3% compared to the previous year to 1,102.9 manats.
Corporate income tax:
Income tax receipts amounted to 6.694 billion manats against projected 6.344 billion manats (a rise of 5.5% or 350.6 million manats).
In the structure of income tax receipts, 58.3% ($3.904 billion manats) accounted for the non-oil/gas sector, and 41.7% (2.79 billion manats) accounted for the oil & gas segment.
