June 9, Fineko/abc.az. During 2025, Azerbaijan attracted external government borrowings totaling $233.8 million (397.5 million manats at the exchange rate on the day of approval) within three new loan agreements.
ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the Bill on the Execution of State Budget 2025. The document was submitted for discussion at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship.
In addition, according to the draft law, during the reporting year, Azerenergy OJSC was provided with state guarantees in the amount of $173.5 million (equivalent to 295 million manats).
