June 8, Fineko/abc.az. The VAT Refund Project is successfully ongoing in Azerbaijan. The project relates to the refund of a portion of the VAT paid for residential and non-residential space purchased by wire transfer from persons engaged in the construction of buildings to consumers who are individuals.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Tax Service that for Jan-May 2026, for the non-cash purchase of residential and non-residential premises, the amount of VAT paid, refunded by authorized banks, totaled 14.175 million manats.
