May 21, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Apr 2026, 764.1 million eggs were produced in Azerbaijan.
ABC.AZ reports that according to the State Statistics Committee, egg production lowered by 34 million eggs (by 4.3%) versus the 2025 relevant term (798.1 million eggs).
Calculations show that during this year country’s daily egg production reached nearly 6.368 million eggs (Jan-Apr 2025 - daily egg production averaged 6.65 million eggs).
During this period, 197,600 tons of live meat were produced, including poultry, 701,600 tons of milk and 1,600 tons of wool. Compared with Jan-Apr 2025, meat production grew by 2.7%, milk production remained at the same level, and wool production fell by 15.8%.
